Shipping + Returns

Shipping Policy

et Tigre provides multiple shipping options via Shopify, including free domestic shipping over $200. Orders are shipped out on Mondays unless overnight delivery is selected. If you would like your order faster, please email hello@ettigre.co for any special or immediate requests.

Free shipping codes are only valid for standard shipping and will not be valid on shipping costs that exceed $25. Please note that if you select an accelerated shipping method, this method will be voided and the standard rate will be used. 

All rates are calculated by weight and destination via Shopify. Ship rates will vary depending on items being purchased. You can email hello@ettigre.co with any special request so that we can process your order in a timely manner.

For international shipping please allow 15 - 30 business days from date of purchase for delivery, unless an expedited method of delivery has been selected. Please note that et Tigre is NOT responsible for any cross-border duties of taxes that you may incur.

 

Return Policy

et Tigre will exchange non-sale and non-pre-worn items within 14 days (including weekends) of receiving your order. International orders must be exchanged within 20 days (including weekends) of receiving your order. After June 1, 2022, et Tigre will accept non-sale and non-pre-worn items for site credit only. All goods must be unworn and in perfect condition along with the original receipt and tags. 

ALL SALE and/or ACCESSORIES and/or HOME and/or NAIL POLISH and/or items purchased with a Promotional Code are FINAL SALE. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate price adjustments, all sale items are FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS. et Tigre reserves the right to refuse any returned item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. If there is a mistake on the part of et Tigre (damaged or mis-shipped goods) we will reimburse customers for store credit. We will not refund international duties or taxes.

WITHIN USA

Please email hello@ettigre.co for return requests. If eligible, a return ship label will be emailed to you. et Tigre will charge a $5 restocking fee for the return cost. This cost will be reflected in your store credit (once processed).

OUTSIDE OF USA

If you are located outside of the USA, please email hello@ettigre.co for a Return Authorization Number. Please note, returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (provided by et Tigre). Currently, we are unable to cover any return costs. 

Please indicate why item is being returned and if you would like an exchange or refund by sending an email to us at hello@ettigre.co for your Return Authorization number. Exchanges are subject to availability, if an item is not in-stock, a refund will be issued. Refunds will not be issued until the goods have been received and processed.
